Ian McBurney is an ecological sustainability practitioner who has inspired and enabled tens of thousands in business, manufacturing, government, schools and communities to move towards a better future.  He’s a speaker, author, MC, entrepreneur and an educator. He performed the famous Vox Bandicoot environmental theatre, helped to shape the Sustainability Street Approach, ran his consulting business Live ecoLogical and cofounded the Bendigo Sustainability Group, Synergize Co-working Hub, bHive sharing economy Cooperative and the Greater Bendigo Climate Collaboration.

Speaking and Consulting

Ian has been a keynote speaker for over 20 years. His clients include the Victorian Government, the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation, the Tasmanian Local Governance Association, the Municipal Association of Victoria, the New Economy Network Australia, Community Sustainability Groups, business associations and Local Governments across the country.

He has trained and mentored manufacturing and professional service businesses, local governments, hospitals, schools, small business associations and the social sector, with a focus on reducing the costs of waste and pollution, improving products and services, enhancing organisational culture developing strategy for sustainability.
